Processing Time
All orders ship within 7 business days. We often strive for an even faster turnaround—sometimes, we’re able to ship your order the same day it’s placed!
Estimated Shipping Time
Once your order has left our hands, it should arrive within 2-5 days to U.S. addresses, depending on the shipping method you select at checkout.
For international orders, transit times can vary between 1-6 weeks.
If you need your order expedited or want to check on the exact fulfillment time, please reach out at hello@loridatusfineart.com, and we’ll get back to you within 1 business day.
Shipping Address
Please make sure to provide an accurate and up-to-date shipping address at checkout.
If you need to change your shipping address, email us at hello@loridatusfineart.com with your order number and the updated address. You must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for any changes. If your order has already shipped, unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address.
If an item is not delivered due to an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund or replacement is not guaranteed.
Customs and Import Taxes
For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
Damaged Items and Replacements
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’re happy to send you a replacement. Please email us at hello@loridatusfineart.com with a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, and we’ll get a replacement order set up for you. Unfortunately, we can’t cover replacements for items damaged or broken after delivery.
Packages Lost in Transit or Not Delivered
If your package has been marked as ‘pre-transit’ for more than 2 weeks with no tracking updates, or if you haven’t received your package 3 days after tracking shows it as delivered, we will consider it lost in transit and send you a replacement. Please refer to our FAQ page for further details.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. When returning items, please include a note with your order number and details of the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange. Please email us at hello@loridatusfineart.com to receive a return address.
Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process your exchange or refund. If the item isn’t returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 3-5 business days to appear.
To cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, we won’t be able to process cancellations.
